The Third Party Marketers Association is pleased to invite you all to what we hope will be the first of many organization-sponsored webcasts on June 25, 2007 at 1:00 EST. The topic will be Compliance and Regulatory Issues Facing 3PMs Operating Broker/Dealers.

Since the Association is hosting this webcast, we have a great deal of control over the content of the discussion and can ensure that the agenda will be geared towards Third Party Marketers and their businesses. For this event, we are pleased to be working with Dan Beaton and Ken George from FINOP and Compliance Services, who will review a number of specific requirements that directly pertain to 3PMs. Several of the NASD's proposed rule changes that will affect 3PMs with broker/dealers will also be discussed.
